Cylinder Loader

As a Loader, you will unload empty cylinders from delivery trucks and move them to fill racks and/or cylinder storage areas, and load trucks for delivery.

In particular, you will:

Load delivery trucks nightly. Unload empty cylinders from the delivery truck and prepare for reloading. Ensure cylinders are adequately maintained, cylinders requiring maintenance or repair are removed from service until corrected. Assist with inventory and general housekeeping.

Ability to perform work during prolonged standing up to 8 hours; frequent bending, stooping, crouching, reaching, grasping, feeling and repetitive motion also required. Ability to perform very heavy work routinely lifts 25-75 lbs., and occasionally lifts
76 to greater than 100 lbs. Ability to perform work during occasional climbing, balancing, kneeling, crawling, pushing, pulling and finger activities. Ability to read and comprehend Safety Data Sheets (SDS).

Work Schedule:

M-F 2pm
-10:30pm

Schedule:

Monday - Friday (weekends are generally off, though an occasional Saturday is rare).

Must be able to work overtime as needed.

This is a contract role with the possibility of conversion to full-time based on business needs and performance
