Reports To:Production Manager

Duties and Responsibilities:Include the following; other duties may be assigned.

• Aligns work piece on machine.
• Lubricates parts in accordance with work instructions.
• Operates hydroform to perform desired operation.
• Observes pressure gauges and height settings to ensure properly set and that hydroform is running in accordance with setting.
• Dimensionally and visually inspects parts to ensure they meet customer's requirements.
• Keep work area clean at all times following 5S methods.
• Performs required preventative maintenance procedures on assigned presses within specified time frames.
• Ensure that all preventative maintenance is performed in accordance with PM schedule.

Education and Experience: To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.

• High School Diploma or GED; 0-2 years of demonstrated experience for Level 1 Hydroform Operator, 2-5 years of demonstrated experience for Level 2 Hydroform Operator, 5 or more years of demonstrated experience for Level 3 Hydroform Operator.

• Ability to lift 50 lbs.
• Ability to drive and operate a Forklift.
