Aerotek is seeking a Production Lead for the 2nd shift at its Phoenix-area facility. The role is hands-on on the production floor, supervising a small team, ensuring on-time production, safety, GMP and sanitation, and supporting the Plant Supervisor as needed.
You will train on first shift and then transition to the second shift, overseeing equipment operation, cleaning, batching, and record-keeping while collaborating with Quality and Maintenance to meet daily targets and minimize downtime.
