Mail Processor

The job scope is working with the clientmailroom performing Digital printing on large production class printers. Folding & inserting them into various envelopes on large class inserter machines and perform other mail room functions throughout the day in a fast-paced environment to meet a very sensitive time schedule. This individual will need to verify print jobs based on the documentation received, print, insert, postage stamp and communication completion within a very defined time frame.

We are a 24/7 365 operation working with sensitive Healthcare information. We have envelope/paper boxes that weight up to 50lb so needs to be able to lift that and we are up and running around like all day so on their feet for almost a full shift may happen.

• - print or mail room setting
• - Proficiency with Microsoft business software (Excel, PDF & Outlook)
• - Ability to lift up-to 50 pounds
• - Able to pass a background & Drug test
• - Able to stand for long periods of the day

• -Effective verbal and written communications skills.
• -Excellent time management skills.
• -Be able to run:
• -Neopost/ Pitney Bowes Class inserters
• -Xerox production class printers
• -Experience in a similar or related role

Verifiable High School Diploma or GED required

• - efficient with MS suite
• - on their feet throughout their entire shift
• - lift 50lbs, standing for long periods of time
• - be able to multi task

Schedule:

Weekends; 5am – 3pm Thursday – Sunday
