Pay Up to $38.00/hour, based on experience and skill level

Shift Options Day Shift Monday-Friday5:00 AM - 3:30 PM Occasional Saturdays2nd Shift Monday-Friday3:00 PM - 11:30 PM Additional 10% Shift Differential What You'll DoSet up and operate CNC mills and/or lathes

Perform machine changeovers and setup adjustments

Monitor machining operations and make offset corrections

Download and manage CNC programs through DNC systems

Inspect parts using precision measuring equipment

Read and interpret blueprints and GD&T requirements

Monitor tool life and document tool changes

Maintain quality standards and customer specifications

Follow company safety procedures and best machining practicesCNC Machinist Levels Level IEntry-Level CNC Operator1+ year of CNC machining experience or machining education/training

Basic understanding of CNC machine operations

Ability to use calipers and basic measuring tools

Willingness to learn setups, offsets, and inspections

Level IICNC Machinist2+ years of CNC machining experience

Ability to perform basic setups and tool changes

Read blueprints and work instructions independently

Experience using precision measurement equipment

Level IVSenior CNC Machinist7+ years of CNC machining experience

Expert-level setup and troubleshooting skills

Advanced blueprint interpretation and GD&T application

Ability to optimize processes and mentor junior machinists

Experience in high-precision aerospace or manufacturing environments preferred

QualificationsCNC machining experience in a manufacturing environment

Ability to read and interpret blueprints

Understanding of G & M Codes Experience adjusting offsets and changing cutting tools

Knowledge of micrometers, calipers, height gauges, thread gauges, indicators, and other inspection equipment

Basic computer skills (Excel, Word, Outlook)
Lean Manufacturing knowledge preferred

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

Physical Requirements Ability to stand for extended periods

Frequent walking, bending, reaching, pushing, and pulling

Lift up to 40 pounds occasionally

Ability to work in a manufacturing environment with moving machinery and elevated noise levels
