• Operate the Dry Ribbon Blender to mix dry powder blends according to precise formulations and instructions.
• Act as a line lead, providing direction and guidance to 2-3 associates as required to maintain workflow and productivity.
• Read and interpret batch sheets and mixing instructions, ensuring all steps are followed with accuracy.
• Record lot numbers and ingredient information for traceability and compliance.
• Physically measure and add ingredients to the blender, ensuring correct quantities are used at each stage of the process.
• Perform both wet and dry cleaning of equipment and work spaces as needed to maintain hygiene and prevent cross-contamination.
• Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the blender room, ensuring all work areas adhere to company policies and safety standards.
• Operate a pallet jack to move raw materials and finished products efficiently within the facility.
• Strictly adhere to batch-sheet instructions and follow all safety procedures during operation.
• Collaborate with the Quality Assurance and Quality Control (QA/QC) teams to ensure products meet all quality and safety requirements.
• Accurately complete required documentation and records as part of the production process.
• Develop a solid understanding of the processing equipment, including use, setup, and troubleshooting.
• Perform routine equipment maintenance and cleaning, reporting any issues promptly to supervisors.
• Follow all company policies, procedures, and regulatory guidelines to ensure a safe and compliant workplace.

• Physically able to stand for extended periods during shifts and lift up to 50 pounds as part of regular duties.
