Mercury Systems is seeking an SMT Operator to support flexible, high-mix electronics assembly for defense programs. You will set up screen printers, Pick & Place, and reflow ovens, then load components and feeders, perform simple changeovers, and verify BOM and drawings for accurate builds.
You will work with the SMT process engineer, maintain tool readiness, and ensure compliance and safety. Overtime may be required to meet production schedules.
