Sr. Content Manager – Luma Health
Remote (US) – Marketing – Reports to Director, Brand and Communications.
OverviewLuma Health is building a category‑defining content engine. We need a Senior Content Manager who can strategize, execute, and scale high‑quality content across the brand’s digital touchpoints and demand‑driving assets.
What You’ll Do- Translate brand and narrative strategy into a steady drumbeat of content across formats and channels.
- Plan, execute, and evolve the content calendar in partnership with the Director of Brand and Communications.
- Produce and own a significant volume of content, including case studies, blog articles, website copy, sales enablement slides, event decks, and podcast companion assets.
- Support and scale podcast production, create companion assets, and manage content across platforms (You Tube, Spotify, Apple Podcasts).
- Work cross‑functionally with Product Marketing, Events, and Demand teams to align content with campaigns, events, and sales motions.
- Content production scales meaningfully and consistently supports campaigns and sales cycles.
- Podcast content becomes easier to produce, easier to reuse, and more impactful.
- Case studies and customer stories stay fresh, credible, and relevant.
- Website and sales content improves over time through iteration.
- Comfortable owning work end‑to‑end, from blank page to final publication.
- Strong editorial instincts and a willingness to iterate quickly.
- Excellent writing and editing skills across formats, with a passion for crafting compelling messages.
- Detail‑oriented, organized, and able to juggle multiple projects and stakeholders.
- Experience creating content for B2B SaaS, customer stories, or product messaging is a plus.
- 4‑7 years of experience in content marketing, editorial, or brand marketing.
- Experience working with customer stories, product content, or B2B SaaS messaging.
- Comfort managing multiple projects with different timelines and stakeholders.
- Knowledge of Google Docs, project management tools, CMS platforms, and basic design or video workflows.
- Target annual salary $100,000‑$110,000.
