Marketing Manager, Phoenix

Zipline is hiring a Phoenix marketing manager to own market-level growth for its drone delivery service. The role is responsible for deciding where marketing can have the most business impact in a specific city.

This is a local launch and growth role for an autonomous logistics network, with close ties to operations, commercial priorities, community engagement, and customer behavior.

• Own the Phoenix market's marketing strategy, priorities, and performance
• Build integrated plans across brand, lifecycle, partnerships, community engagement, merchant launches, and local activations
• Identify local growth opportunities based on customer needs, competition, and commercial priorities
• Measure performance and refine the market strategy based on business results

• Marketing, growth, brand, partnerships, or product marketing experience
• Experience combining multiple marketing disciplines into measurable growth plans
• Strong business judgment, analytics, communication, and stakeholder management
• Comfort operating in ambiguity and working onsite in Phoenix

Zipline's city-by-city growth work is a good example of robotics marketing becoming local operations strategy. The role is less about broad brand polish and more about making an autonomous delivery service legible, useful, and adopted in a specific market.
