The Healthcare Marketing & Creative Specialist is a content creator and video storyteller who plans, produces, and optimizes high-quality multimedia content, including short-form video, social media, articles, and patient education, across digital channels for Ortho Arizona’s orthopedic and musculoskeletal practice. The main goal is to educate patients, build brand trust, and drive engagement while ensuring medical accuracy and compliance with healthcare privacy and advertising regulations.

All clinical content is reviewed with providers for medical accuracy before publishing.

The hours for this position include some weekends and evening events. You will be based out of our Arcadia Corporate office with regular travel to our clinics and community events across the valley.

Salary: $25 - $28 per hour.

Coordinate, film, and post patient testimonials with signed patient authorization.
Maintain a content calendar to ensure consistent publishing across all channels.
Protect patient privacy by strictly adhering to HIPAA laws and consent protocols.
Optimize digital content using targeted medical keywords to boost search engine rankings.
Analyze performance metrics using Google Analytics to track user engagement and click rates.
Monitor industry trends to identify new topics, patient questions, or emerging platform updates.
