Brand Storyteller & Content Creator

Passport Health has spent 30 years keeping travelers and customers healthy. Now, we need someone who can tell that story. As our Brand Storyteller & Content Creator, you’ll help build Passport Health’s reputation as a trusted authority in travel health, immigration medical exams, and employer health solutions. You’ll find the stories behind our work, bring our experts’ knowledge to life, and show customers, partners, and the public why Passport Health is a name they can trust.

You’ll work directly with our nurses, physicians, customers, Medical Advisory Board, data scientists, and external partners to turn their expertise into content people want to read, watch, share, and reference - from articles and research to videos, testimonials, and podcasts. You’ll take that content beyond our website through PR, social media, You Tube, podcast platforms, Reddit, and other online communities.

The goal is to grow Passport Health’s visibility, strengthen our credibility, and increase the likelihood that our expertise is discovered and cited by both people and AI-powered platforms.

• Own our brand and expertise content:
  Create expert features, clinician and traveler stories, and whitepapers that showcase Passport Health's 30 years of experience.
• Produce video and podcast content:
  Take projects from concept and scripting through filming and final editing, partnering with clinicians, travel medicine experts, and our Medical Advisory Board.
• Turn research and data into stories:
  Develop assets such as outbreak maps and survey-based reports by synthesizing insights from internal experts, company data, and external sources. No clinical or epidemiology background is required - just strong interviewing, research, and synthesis skills.
• Build a travel health news program:
  Monitor outbreaks, vaccine news, and travel advisories; create timely, accessible content for travelers; and manage the editorial calendar and contractors who support production.
• Maintain clinical accuracy:
  Partner with our internal clinical team to ensure all clinical content is reviewed and approved before publication.
• Build external partnerships:
  Collaborate with outside organizations to gather insights and co-create content, while helping lay the groundwork for a potential standalone travel health authority site.

• Build Passport Health’s profile as a trusted authority among travelers, media, and industry partners.
• Manage organic social content and maintain a consistent brand voice across platforms.
• Build and manage our Reddit and online community presence, engaging authentically, monitoring brand sentiment, and escalating issues when needed.
• Lead PR and earned media efforts, including story pitches, media relationships, and opportunities to feature our experts and research.
• Develop relationships with influencers and community partners to expand our reach.
• Optimize content for discoverability across traditional search and AI-powered platforms, with the goal of increasing citations and brand visibility.
• Respond quickly to newsworthy opportunities, including emerging outbreaks, new research, and relevant travel health developments.
• Identify opportunities to increase online referrals through relevant directories and trusted third-party resources beyond the CDC.

• Define success metrics for each initiative and track results, including audience engagement, media placements, referral opportunities, and brand citations.
• Use tools such as Profound to monitor AI visibility, identify opportunities, and inform ongoing content strategy.
