Bilingual Account Manager — English​/Spanish

Palabra Media is a multicultural marketing agency based in Phoenix. We help brands connect with Hispanic and diverse audiences through strategy, creative, digital marketing, public relations, video, and community outreach. Our clients range from local businesses to established brands and nonprofit organizations.

We’re looking for a bilingual Account Manager who builds strong client relationships and keeps projects moving. You’ll serve as the main point of contact for assigned clients, translate their business goals into clear direction for our team, and make sure our work delivers on what we promise.

This role requires someone who communicates confidently in English and Spanish, stays organized across multiple accounts, and understands how marketing connects to a client’s business. You should be comfortable leading a client meeting, reviewing a campaign, coordinating creative work, and addressing an issue before it becomes a bigger problem.

You’ll work with a team that understands the communities our clients want to reach. You’ll have the opportunity to contribute ideas, take ownership of meaningful client relationships, and help businesses and organizations communicate more effectively in English and Spanish.
