Turning Point Action is seeking a highly motivated individual to join TPAction’s Chase The Vote initiative. Day-to-day responsibilities include daily communication with the ballot chase manager, building inter-community relationships, and encouraging others to send in their ballots. Responsibilities also include building a community network system where chasers identify and monitor low propensity voting habits in precincts across a designated territory. The Ballot Chaser works with the Ballot Chase Manager to meet goals, foster community relationships and track data daily.

• Collaborate with the Ballot Chase Manager to ensure goals are reached, relationships are fostered, and data is tracked daily

• Field staff, grassroots campaign, or relevant experience
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Familiarity with Google Drive (Docs, Sheets)
• Knowledge of Facebook, Twitter, Instagram
• Willingness to fulfill duties and additional duties as assigned
• Passion for conservative politics
• Flexibility and enthusiasm for dynamic, self-directed work
