Group and corporate volunteers support Chicanos Por La Causa through collaborative, one-time service projects designed to make a meaningful impact across our programs. These opportunities are ideal for teams from businesses, schools, faith-based organizations, or community groups looking to engage in service together.

Volunteer activities vary based on organizational need and may include beautification projects, event support, donation drives, meal service, or special program initiatives. Each opportunity is coordinated in partnership with a designated group leader, the Resource Development Team, and the Program Manager overseeing the project. Groups are scheduled on a case-by-case basis, and all participants must be 18 years of age or older.

These experiences provide a valuable opportunity for team-building, giving back, and supporting the mission of CPLC.

• Coordinate and participate in one-time service projects with group leaders and CPLC program managers.
• Engage with teams from businesses, schools, faith-based organizations, or community groups to plan and execute service activities.
• Support projects such as beautification, event support, donation drives, meal service, or special program initiatives.
• Collaborate with the Resource Development Team and program staff to ensure successful project delivery.
• Uphold safety, inclusivity, and the mission of CPLC in all volunteer activities.

• Age 18 or older for all participants.
• Ability to contribute as part of a team and follow the group leader's guidance.
• Commitment to volunteering and supporting Chicanos Por La Causa's mission.
