A company is looking for a Deputy Director of Development.
Key Responsibilities- Manage and advance a portfolio of prospects / donors, including cultivation, solicitation, and stewardship
- Maintain the CRM for data hygiene and improve systems for donor stewardship
- Coordinate proposal development timelines and support reporting and compliance processes
- 3-5+ years in nonprofit or political fundraising
- Experience managing donor / prospect pipelines and producing fundraising materials
- Strong project management skills with the ability to deliver high-quality work under deadlines
- Fluency in CRM systems (e.g., Every Action or similar)
- Experience with major gifts and grants is preferred
