Nurse Practitioner and Physician Assistant - Phoenix

We are looking for a licensed Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant at our Desert Sky Health Center!

As a Staff Clinician, you will play a critical role in providing quality healthcare to a diverse patient population. This will include exams, diagnosis, treatment, education, and counselling for patients in accordance with Planned Parenthood of the Pacific Southwest protocols.

This is a Full Time/Fully Benefited position designed for Nurse Practitioners or Physician Assistants.

Immunization/TB Statement

All medical employees at Planned Parenthood Arizona, Inc. shall provide record of Hep B and Rubella immunizations or titers at time of hire to demonstrate immunity. Employees have the option to sign a declination for the Hep B immunization only. Additionally, medical employees will comply with the PPAZ TB Infection Control Plan which includes at minimum a TB skin test at time of hire and annual TB symptom screening.

• Hold an active Arizona license as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant

• Rate: $50.oo/hr to $65.oo/hr. (depending on years of experience)
