PRN CRNA at Nuvia Dental Implant Center in Phoenix, AZ

Summary

Nuvia Dental Implant Center, a growing full‑arch dental implant center, seeks a skilled CRNA to provide anesthesia for full‑mouth dental implant procedures. The role is PRN with competitive compensation and a flexible schedule.

Compensation & Schedule

Hourly rate starts at $250/hour, negotiable based on market.

  • Daily guarantee, whether you work or not.
  • Regular shift:
    Report at 6:30 AM, first surgery starting at 7:00 AM.
  • 1099 contractor, 100% autonomy, no nights, weekends, call or holidays.
Responsibilities
  • Administer general anesthesia with nasal intubation for full‑mouth dental implant procedures in an office‑based setting.
  • Collaborate with surgeons and dentists to optimize, develop, and implement anesthesia plans.
  • Ensure safe and effective delivery of anesthesia by following established protocols and guidelines.
  • Perform pre‑operative assessments and provide patient education regarding options and potential risks.
  • Maintain accurate documentation of anesthesia administration, patient responses, and any adverse events.
  • Stay up to date with evidence‑based research in anesthesia techniques, medications, and equipment.
Required Experience
  • Two years of experience practicing as a CRNA.
  • One year of experience practicing independently as a solo provider.
  • Recent experience providing general anesthesia.
  • Proficient in nasal intubations.
  • Experience delivering anesthesia in an outpatient facility and/or surgery center.
Preferred Experience
  • Experience with dental anesthesia.
  • Experience delivering anesthesia in an office‑based setting.
Education / Licensure
  • Graduated from an accredited nurse anesthesia program.
  • Valid certification as a Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA).
  • Current state licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN).
  • Current state licensure as an APRN.
  • Current ACLS and BLS certification from the American Heart Association or the American Red Cross.
  • Ability to obtain and maintain professional malpractice insurance.
