Angels of Care Pediatric Home Health is looking for Regional Travel/Cover Nurse in the Phoenix, AZ area. Our nurses provide direct, one-on-one medical care to medically fragile individuals and their families. Nurses work flexible and predictable schedules with full clinical support anytime day or night.

• Provide direct patient care in the home for infants, children, and/or adolescents according to the active plan of care established by the physician and other appropriate personnel.
• Conduct ongoing patient care and assessments.
• Administer prescribed medications, treatments, and therapies.
• Coordinate care, promote health, and provide teaching and training to family members.

• Licensed as an RN or LVN in the state of Arizona
  .
• Current CPR certification.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and in a variety of home settings.
• Ability to travel up to 3 hours from home with travel reimbursements.
• Flexibility to work on-call shifts within agreed availability.
