We are hiring a full-time Family Nurse Practitioner for our Stapley Health Center location in Mesa and our McDowell Health Center in Phoenix.
Schedule:
4-10's
Locations:
Stapley/Mesa – Thursday/Friday, McDowell/Phoenix – Monday/Tuesday
Outpatient Only
AZ FNP License Required
Certification Required
FNP Experience Preferred

Additional Language Differential Pay Available:
Spanish, Vietnamese, Korean, Arabic, Farsi, Swahili or ASL: $3/hour ($6,240 annually)
- Performs independently or as part of a treatment team.
- Conducts physicals/check-ups, evaluations, diagnostics, treats illnesses, orders lab tests, provides general and preventative care, prescribes and monitors medications, and individual treatment and case consultation.
- Performs the important task of educating patients about preventative care, wellness activities and prescribed treatments.
- Provides leadership and cohesion within the clinic environment, and may provide direct supervision to other professional and/or non-professional medical staff, and students.
- Participates in program evaluation procedures and professional record keeping, makes referrals appropriately for specialty and behavioral health care.
- Provides direct patient services not less than 85% of the work time.
- Employs therapeutic interventions appropriate for identified treatment issues.
- Seeks appropriate clinical supervision/support, when necessary, to ensure the provision of effective treatment.
- Establishes appropriate patient files that conform to agency guidelines, best professional practice and State licensing regulations.
