Registered Nurse (Operating Room) - Immediate Hire +10K Sign on Bonus

A leading hospital in the West Valley area is seeking experienced Operating Room Registered Nurses to join its high-performing surgical services team. This facility operates as a Level I Trauma Center and provides a full spectrum of complex medical care, including orthopedics, stroke and vascular services, women’s health, robotic surgery, and obstetrics.

• Full‑time, 3×12 shifts (day and night openings)
• OR Manager, Charge Nurse (day), and Staff RN roles available
• Modern surgical suites handling 300–600 cases per month, including trauma and emergent cases
• Supportive leadership—OR Director with 15 years’ tenure who leads hands‑on from the floor
• Team‑oriented environment with a strong emphasis on clinical excellence and collaboration

• Current RN license in Arizona or compact state
• Minimum 2 years of acute care Operating Room experience (multi‑service line or trauma background preferred)
• BLS required upon hire; ACLS within 6 months

• Competitive pay ranging from $36.00–$55.55 per hour (based on experience)
• $10 000 sign‑on bonus (paid quarterly over 2 years for eligible roles)
