Direct Hire CRNA Role $240,000-$260,000 per year in Arizona

Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) - No Nights, No Weekends, No Holidays!

We're seeking a dedicated and experienced CRNA to join our anesthesia team providing care across outpatient surgery centers in Mesa, Scottsdale, and Phoenix, Arizona. This is an incredible opportunity to work in a well-supported, high-quality surgical environment with a consistent daytime schedule and zero night, weekend, or holiday shifts.

Position Highlights:

  • Full-time and part-time options available

  • W-2 preferred, but 1099 arrangements are also considered

  • Monday - Friday schedule perfect for work-life balance

  • Supportive, collaborative surgical team environment

  • Consistent case types, including ophthalmic procedures

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Develop and implement individualized anesthesia plans

    • Provide sedation using retrobulbar, topical, local infiltration, and IV techniques

    • Collaborate with surgeons and nursing staff for optimal perioperative care

    • Support patients and families through pre- and post-operative stages

    • Maintain thorough and accurate documentation of care provided

    • Assist in managing surgical emergencies as needed

      What We're Looking For:

      • Graduate of an accredited Nurse Anesthesia program

      • Active Arizona RN license and current AANA certification

      • ACLS certified

      • Skilled in ophthalmic and peri-orbital anesthesia (1+ year preferred)

      • Strong communication, critical thinking, and patient care skills

      • Committed to safety, precision, and compassionate care
