Job Overview

Join us as a LPN Home Health Nurse at Angels of Care Pediatric Home Health. We serve families in Phoenix, AZ and surrounding areas.

• Focus on the medical needs and treatment of infants, children, and/or adolescents in their homes.
• Conduct ongoing patient care and assessments.
• Administer prescribed medication, treatments, and therapies.
• Coordinate care with the healthcare team.
• Educate family members on patient clinical care to enhance outcomes.
• Preventative initiatives to protect quality of care for patients.

• Active RN or LPN/LVN license (new grads welcome, training provided).
• Experience providing care in a client home setting.
