Part‑time Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN/LVN) – Health Center Team

The Terraces of Phoenix, a distinguished Human Good life plan community, is hiring a Part‑time Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN/LVN) for its Health Center Team (Skilled Nursing team).

Part‑time shift: 2 days during the week and every other weekend, 2:00 – 10:00 pm. Pay $34.00–$42.00 per hour (DOE).

Our Licensed Practical Nurses (LPN/LVN) are responsible for the nursing needs of residents, while actively incorporating our “Philosophy for person‑directed Care.” You will ensure a safe and healthy environment for residents, staff, and visitors to participate in the resident’s daily life rhythm. You will help develop assignments in coordination with the care partners and keep each team member accountable for resident care and satisfaction.

• Current LPN/LVN license in the state where you are applying
• Current CPR certification
• Minimum of 1‑2 years of current or prior skilled nursing experience
• Post‑acute, sub‑acute or senior care nursing experience highly preferred
