As a Post‑Procedure Nurse eph’s Hospital & Medical Center, you will assess patient/family health problems, take a leadership role in developing, implementing, and evaluating a plan for nursing care, and provide professional nursing care and interventions to acutely ill adult patients. The position requires service to one or more age groups — from young adults through geriatric patients — and demonstrates an understanding of the functional/developmental age of the individual served.
Responsibilities- Recognize and adapt to changes in patient condition (e.g., lab, vitals, signs, and test values) in a timely and clinically appropriate manner.
- Provide comprehensive, safe, and effective, evidence‑based nursing care to achieve desired health outcomes for the patient.
- Organize and prioritize patient care activities balanced with the needs and comfort of the patient.
- Demonstrate accountability for own ethical behavior and support ethical practice by addressing and/or escalating issues.
- Serve as an advocate for patient needs by demonstrating holistic care practices.
- Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
- AZ RN license or RN license from a Compact State.
- American Heart Association BLS certification.
- American Heart Association ACLS certification.
- BSN.
- One year recent acute‑care experience.
- One year PICC placement experience.

Pay Range$35.00 - $58.63 per hour.
