Greater Phoenix, AZ – Registered Nurses (RN) / Aesthetic & Wellness Nurse | Hone-at-Home. Hone-at-Home empowers RNs to deliver concierge aesthetic and wellness treatments (including Botox, IV Therapy, and more) from clients' homes, resorts, or preferred locations. The program provides access to comprehensive training funded by Hone-at-Home and equips you with the tools, guidance, and support to begin practicing and earning upon completion.

Hone-at-Home enables you to launch your own aesthetic and wellness practice under the Hone-at-Home brand with minimal upfront costs. You will cover a portion of supply costs while Hone-at-Home handles logistics, training, medical supervision, compliance, and insurance, letting you focus on patient care and building your business. Hone-at-Home is launching in the Phoenix Metropolitan Area, seeking nurses who value schedule flexibility and practice independence.

Previous aesthetic experience is not required, but confidence, self-motivation, and a commitment to excellent care are essential. This is not a traditional employment position; you will operate independently as part of the Hone-at-Home network with support from the platform. About Hone-at-Home:

• Charting and Documentation:
  Complete accurate and compliant clinical notes.

  Keep medical equipment clean and functional; restock as needed.
• Follow Protocols:
  Adhere to operational guidelines and health/safety protocols.

• Active Arizona RN License
• Active BLS Certification
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a strong desire to grow your own business
• Reliable, self-driven, and committed to excellence in client care
• Strong communication skills and a professional bedside manner
• Comfortable with marketing and leveraging your social network
• Flexible and able to travel locally for in-home visits
• Prior aesthetic experience is a plus, but not required
• Interest in social media and digital marketing is a bonus
