As an ICU Trauma Nurse, you will have the opportunity to participate in our Nursing Clinical Ladder Program.

Bring your passion for Trauma Surgical Intensive Care patient care. As an Intensive Care Unit RN, you will be caring for critically ill patients ranging from trauma patients initially received in the trauma room, outreach, general surgery, cardiac, toxicology, complex medical and neurological patients. Typical treatment plans include CRRT, multiple vasopressors, advanced respiratory treatments (ventilators, oscillators, nitric oxide, rotoprone therapy), external ventricular drain monitoring, complex wound/surgical site care, and management of multi-system organ failure utilizing a multi-disciplinary medical approach.

You will also have the opportunity utilize our self-scheduling tool for shift and weekend coverage. Enjoy an 18%-night shift differential and a flat rate $3/hour weekend shift differential.

$10,000.00 Sign-on Incentive for RNs with a minimum of 12 months RN Experience; requires a 1-year commitment. $15,000.00 sign on incentive for RNs with a minimum of 12 months ICU experience; requires 2-year commitment.
