Overview

Angels of Care Home Health is looking for Registered Nurses (RN) and Licensed Practical Nurses (LPN) in Phoenix, AZ and surrounding areas.

Angels of Care nurses provide direct, one-on-one medical care and make a difference in the lives of their patients and families. We are looking for Registered Nurses (RN) and Licensed Practical Nurses (LPN) to work full-time and part-time shifts (days, nights and weekends available).

• Focus on the medical needs and treatment of infants, children, and/or adolescents primarily in their home according to the active plan of care, as given by the physician and other appropriate personnel.
• Conduct ongoing patient care and assessments.
• Administer prescribed medications, treatments, and therapies.
• Coordinate care.
• Educate family members on patient clinical care to enhance positive outcomes.
• Provide preventative initiatives to protect quality of care for the patient.
