This is a full‑time, on‑site role based in the Greater Phoenix Area for an Advanced Clinical Nurse at Valley wise Health. The Advanced Clinical Nurse will provide advanced nursing care in collaboration with the healthcare team, focusing on patient assessment, designing care plans, and delivering treatments. Responsibilities include performing advanced clinical assessments, coordinating care plans, educating patients and families about their health, and supporting interdisciplinary team efforts to provide excellence in patient outcomes.

• Advanced clinical expertise, including patient assessment, diagnosis, and care plan development and implementation
• Strong patient care and education skills to address patients' unique needs holistically
• Competency in interdisciplinary collaboration, team communication, and healthcare coordination in a clinical setting
• Proficiency in evidence‑based nursing practices and continuous quality improvement
• Current and valid RN license in the State of Arizona, with an advanced practice certification (e.g., Nurse Practitioner or Clinical Nurse Specialist)
• Bachelor’s or higher degree in Nursing (Master’s degree in Nursing or Healthcare‑related field preferred)
• Minimum 3‑5 years of clinical nursing experience, with supervisory or leadership experience preferred
• Strong dedication to patient advocacy, safety, and the mission of Valley wise Health
