About Corazon
CPLC Corazón is a client‑centered center with bilingual staff where all cultures are welcome and celebrated. We have been providing Substance Abuse treatment through our CARF Accredited Level II Residential Treatment Center since 1983. The 30‑ to 60‑day structured treatment program incorporates best practices targeted to the clients enrolled in the program. CPLC Corazón features a range of substance abuse services, including group, individual, family, and couples therapy, in addition to nightly community 12‑step support groups.
Our 65‑bed, ADA compliant residential facility provides all meals, an on‑site laundry facility free of charge, a basketball court, and a garden. We offer holistic health techniques including yoga, tai chi, chi‑gong, and sweat lodge.
Full‑time. Some weekdays, holidays as needed to meet program requirements.

Pay$30‑$32 hourly, non‑exempt DOE
What you’ll do- Complete all required nursing documentation, assist with client admissions, and coordinate integrated care with community providers.
- Provide education on mental and medical health, medication effects, and assist clients with self‑administration of prescribed and OTC medications.
- Respond promptly to medical emergencies, follow incident reporting procedures, and maintain active LPN licensure along with First Aid and CPR certifications.
- Engage in program activities to enhance client care and assist with scheduling medical or provider appointments as needed.
- Work alternative hours, including evenings, nights, and weekends, to meet program and client needs.
- You are a registered LPN, possessing clinical expertise, crisis response and de‑escalation skills. (BONUS points for Spanish/English bilingual skills!)
- You are committed to working with this population – justice‑impacted men, ages 18 and older.
- You enjoy working with people from all backgrounds. You have empathy and integrity in all interactions with clients, teammates, leadership and community partners. You are highly collaborative, team‑oriented and proactive.
- You are adaptable and resourceful and enjoy working in a highly active environment that can evolve quickly.
- Have a current license by the Arizona State Board of Nursing as a LPN.
- Minimum 1 year experience performing medical duties.
