Under the direction of the Nurse Manager or Executive DON (Ambulatory الوحدة
, the Advanced Clinical Nurse delivers expert, compassionate, and age-appropriate care in collaboration with physicians and the interdisciplinary healthcare team. This role combines advanced clinical skills with leadership and mentorship to enhance patient outcomes and promote excellence across the care continuum.
As a key member of the Valley wise Health team, you will:
Perform comprehensive patient assessments, administer medications, and develop individualized care plans.
Identify and address complex nursing problems with soundરાજclinical judgment and evidence-based practice.
Provide and delegate care in alignment with Valley wise Health standards, policies, and best practices.
Serve as a patient advocate and educator

Hourly Pay Rate: $35.52 - $52.39
Qualifications
Education:Requires a bachelor’s degree or higher in Nursing.
Experience:Must have at least one (1) year of recent acute care hospital RN experience that demonstrates an understanding of the required knowledge, skills and abilities, or if completed the New Grad RN program at Valley wise Health then must have at least one (1) year of Valley wise Health experience as a RN and be in good standing.
Previous acute care hospital experience in the area he or she is applying for is preferred.
Certification/Licensure:Must possess a current, valid AZ RN license, a temporary AZ RN license, unlocked or a valid compact RN licensure for the current state of practice.
Must be in good standing with the issuing Board of Nursing.
Requires a BLS card obtained through an American Heart Association (AHA) training center upon hire.
Must have ACLS upon hire or transfer. Must obtain PALS within six (6) months. Must obtain ABLS within one (1) year.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:Ability to work with culturally diverse people is a must.
Bilingual is preferred.
Must have excellent communication, time management, and customer service skills.
Requires basic computer word processing skills (e.g., formatting, editing, printing, composing email, internet searches, etc.) to navigate through an electronic medical record using a computer successfully.
Requires the ability to read, write, and speak effectively in English.
