Minimum of 24 months experience in Progressive Care Unit, with recent experience in the last 12 months License:
Active license to practice

Certifications:

BLS certification from an approved vendor ACLS certification from an approved vendor Must-Have:
No hits on state license to practice Driver's license to verify residency Active license to practice verified in the last 30 days PCU skills checklist completed in the last 12 months

Description:

Candidates must be experienced and willing to work in a Medical Progressive Care Unit. Weekend and holiday requirements float per facility guidelines. Candidates must not be residents of Arizona. Candidates should clearly outline all criteria they are willing to accept. Flexibility with locations, shifts, and departments will expedite the offer process. Candidates must be able to start on the listed start date or no more than one week later.

Request time off cannot exceed 7 days. No request time off is allowed during the first week of assignment. Candidates should list all facilities they are willing to work in. Candidates must specify the shifts they are willing to work and the departments they are experienced in. All candidates submitted should be pre-closed and ready to accept the position. Immediate notification is required if the candidate withdraws or is no longer available.
