You must have an active RN license (compact accepted), current Basic Life Support (BLS) and Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) certifications, and the Association of Pediatric Hematology/Oncology Nurses (APHON) chemotherapy and biotherapy provider certification.
Experience in pediatric hematology/oncology is recommended, along with strong communication, assessment, and critical thinking skills.
Familiarity with electronic medical record (EMR) systems is helpful.

Experience- 2 years’ experience as an RN
- Recent experience in pediatric chemotherapy and BMT
- Children’s hospital experience preferred.
Two-year (ADN) degree in nursing, a four-year degree (BSN) in nursing, or a Diploma Nursing degree.
Certification/License/Registry Requirements- Current State of Arizona RN license or an RN license from a compact state with multistate privileges or the ability to establish licensure according to Arizona law prior to start date.
- Current BLS certification for Healthcare Provider from the American Heart Association.
- Current PALS certification from the American Heart Association.
- Current APHON Certification
