Sage Group Health Care Staffing is seeking Pediatric Behavioral Health Registered Nurses for multiple travel/ contract positions in Phoenix, AZ. Accepting both local and traveler candidates.

Pay Rate:
Range $3240 to $3312 weekly Gross pay (Non-taxable travel/housing and M&I stipend available for qualified/eligible travelers)

Nights, 7.00p – 7.30a
Schedule: 36hours / week guaranteed, 3 shifts per week, every other weekend (Sat/Sun);
First to floatl
- Registered Nurse: 2years
- Required - Recent/Current Pediatric Psychiatric or Behavioral health nursing: 1 year – Required
- Age Specific Care for Pediatric patient population
- Required - Prior successfully completed travel or local contract assignments
- Required
- ASN or an equivalent– Required
- BSN or an equivalent– Highly preferred
- RN License for Stateof AZ or Compact
- Required - BLS, PALS Certifications fromAHA
- Required - Arizona Fingerprinting Card or Active application - Required (Facility will pend upon offer)
- Provide all aspects of Psychiatric Nursing care for patients in assigned pediatric behavioral health unit or pediatric psych ED units.
- Works with the multidisciplinary team for treatment planning, administration and interventions.
- Utilizes the nursing process to meet the needs of patients requiring complex nursing care.
- Provides clinical supervision of MHW's to ensure safe and therapeutic delivery of care.
- Accurately and promptly implements physicians’ orders.
- Prepares,administers, and records medications in accordance with the policy regarding the administration of medications.
- Records information concisely, accurately and completely.
