Progressive Care Unit (PCU) Registered Nurse (RN) Phoenix area. This position involves providing high-quality patient care, overseeing nursing staff, and collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans. The RN ensures patient safety and promotes recovery within a fast-paced clinical environment.

  The RN maintains quality care by following the nursing care plan, supervising Licensed Practical Nurses, Certified Nursing Assistants, and orientees. The role involves performing nursing assessments within 8 hours of patient admission, initiating discharge planning, and delivering patient education. The RN communicates patient status effectively, documents accurately, and participates in team activities to foster a positive work environment.

  BLS Certification required prior to first shift; ACLS required prior to first shift;
  Minimum of 2 years bedside clinical experience highly desired; 0 years of experience required;
  Location requirements include Phoenix/relocation as applicable.
