The Terraces of Phoenix, a Human Good life plan community, is hiring a Nurse Supervisor LPN for its Wellness Team. You will oversee nursing care and coordinate with care partners to support resident wellbeing in a person-directed care setting.
This full-time role is Mon–Fri, 8:30 AM–4:30 PM, with on-call and holiday rotation. Pay is $34–$45 per hour (DOE). Benefits and growth opportunities are provided by Human Good.
