TALENT Software Services is seeking an RN School Nurse in Phoenix, AZ, to provide 1-on-1 health support for a medically complex middle school student. The RN will monitor health needs and assist with breathing treatments, riding the bus to and from school, and day-long care under the student’s IEP.
The role requires active AZ RN license, CPR/BLS, FPCC or eligibility for AZ School Nurse Certification, and current vaccinations. Collaboration with physicians, parents, and school staff is essential.
