Wellness Director

Morning Star Senior Management LLC seeks a compassionate Wellness Director (RN/LPN) to lead clinical care in our Phoenix senior living community. Oversee resident assessments, care plans, and medication management for assisted living and memory care. Supervise and mentor nursing and care teams, ensuring regulatory compliance, safety, and high-quality service. Partner with families and physicians to support resident wellbeing. • Lead clinical care and wellness programs for residents in assisted living and memory care.
• Supervise, mentor, and schedule nursing and caregiving staff to ensure high-quality care.
• Conduct resident assessments, care planning, and ongoing health evaluations.
• Coordinate with physicians, families, and interdisciplinary teams on resident needs.
• Oversee medication management, documentation, and regulatory compliance.
• Promote a faith-inspired, resident-centered culture of dignity, safety, and respect.
• Develop and monitor infection control and quality improvement initiatives.
• Provide training, coaching, and performance feedback to care team members.

• Nursing (RN or LPN)
• Geriatric care
• Assisted living regulations
• Resident assessment and care planning
• Medication management and administration
• Staff supervision and scheduling
• Electronic health records (EHR) documentation
• Infection control practices
• Quality assurance and compliance auditing
• Family and physician communication
• Active RN or LPN license in Arizona
• CPR/BLS certification
• Experience in assisted living or long-term care
• Knowledge of state and federal senior care regulations
