Case Manager Registered Nurse - NICU​/Maternity​/Women's Health

The Case Manager Registered Nurse for NICU/ Maternity/ Women's Health at CVS Health is responsible for assessing, planning, implementing, and coordinating case management activities for members in a remote setting. This role is ideal for experienced RNs with a background in NICU and high-risk maternity care.

• Pay: $54,095 - $142,576/year

  Full-time, Monday-Friday 8:00am - 4:30pm

• Conduct telephonic and/or face-to-face assessments of member needs.
• Develop proactive courses of action to enhance member wellness.
• Evaluate member's needs and benefit plan eligibility using clinical tools.
• Apply clinical judgment to address complex health and social indicators.
• Review prior claims to assess impact on current case management.
• Assess member’s work capacity and related restrictions/limitations.
• Consult with supervisors to overcome barriers in meeting goals.
• Utilize case management processes in compliance with regulatory policies.
• Engage members through effective interviewing skills.
• Present cases at conferences for multidisciplinary focus.

Education:

• Associate's Degree in Nursing required
• Bachelor's in Science & Nursing preferred

Experience:

• Minimum of 3+ years of clinical experience as an RN in a NICU setting
• 1+ years of Case Management experience preferred
• 1+ years of experience with Telephonic Case Management preferred

Licenses &

Certifications:

• Active and unrestricted RN License required
• Applicants must be willing to pursue multi-state licensure (paid for by the company)
• Certified Case Manager (CCM) certification preferred
