Compensation: $140,000++

Monday - Friday daytime schedule

• Primary Care Services:
  Provide comprehensive primary care services to patients across the lifespan, including assessment, diagnosis, and treatment of acute and chronic health conditions.
• Health Promotion and Disease Prevention:
  Promote health and wellness through patient education, preventive care, and early detection ofhealth risks.
• Patient Care Coordination:
  Collaborate with amultidisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans for patients, ensuring continuity of care and optimal health outcomes.
• Medication Management:
  Prescribe and manage medications, aswell as monitor patient responses and potential side effects.
• Clinical Procedures:
  Perform necessary clinical procedures,such as suturing, wound care, immunizations, and minor surgical interventions.
• Health Record Documentation:
  Maintain accurate andup-to-date electronic health records, ensuring compliance with regulatory standard sand documentation requirements.
• Participate in Quality Improvement Initiatives:
  Contribute to ongoing quality improvement efforts and help develop and implement clinical protocols and guidelines.
