Blue Pearl Specialty + Emergency Pet Hospital Phoenix is looking for a Veterinary Technician Supervisor with passion, experience, and determination to oversee, lead and trainour Emergency and Critical Care Service.

• Directing workflow on the floor
• Cultivate an inclusive work environment and strong hospital culture.
• Work cohesively with hospital management and supervisory teams to aid in the progression of the hospital.
• Help with the interview process for potential new hires and onboard all new associates.
• Assist in the educational development of technicians and their skills.
• Conduct staff meetings.
• Provide opportunities for staff to gain more firsthand experience.
• Mentoring technicians within the department
• Resolve conflicts in a professional and humble manner.
• Refining and implementing protocols
• Help maintain medical initiatives and communities within the hospital
• Ensure that Blue Pearl policies, guidelines, and recommendations are implemented by all members of the technical staff.

• Licensed preferred but not required.
• 3+ years of emergency experience
• Team leadership experience
• Passion for Veterinary Medicine
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

$27.00 - $43.00 / Hr. Starting range is determined by skill set and years of experience in the field.

Full-time opportunity, 4 x 10-hour work week, with rotating weekends. This is an on the floor position.
