This is a full‑time Arborist position based on‑site in the Greater Phoenix Area. The Arborist will be responsible for assessing tree health, providing expert tree care and maintenance, conducting pruning and removal services, and advising on best arboriculture practices. Additional tasks may involve tree identification, applying treatments, and ensuring the safety of the property and team during all operations.

• Knowledge and experience in forestry and arboriculture principles and practices
• Proficiency in tree identification and managing a variety of tree species
• Certified Arborist credentials or equivalent industry certifications
• Strong understanding of tree health, maintenance, and treatment strategies
• Physical ability to perform outdoor work in various weather conditions
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Familiarity with safety protocols for tree management and landscaping
• Previous experience in tree management and landscaping is a plus
