Lawn Maintenance, grass cuts, shrub trim, tree trimming, irrigation, etc.
About the job
Crew Members perform a variety of landscape maintenance activities. This includes the use of hand tools and operating a variety of power-drivenequipment.
Skills
- Knowledge and experience of working with Property Management companies
- Knowledge and proper use of lawn mowing and edging equipment
- Ability to operate power mowers, chainsaws, pole pruners, blowers, weed eaters, chippers, other equipment and vehicles
Requirements
- Experience in landscape maintenance required
- Ability to lift 50 lbs (Equipment, tools, and supplies may need to be lifted, carried and/or pushed)
- Ability to work in adverse conditions such as excessive heat
- Ability to perform extended walking, standing, kneeling and/or squatting
Job Type: 1099-As Needed
Preferred license or certification:
- Valid AZ Driver License
