Desert Dimensions Properties is expanding its in‑house services division and bringing pool maintenance in‑house to improve scheduling, reduce costs, and enhance communication across our managed properties.

We are seeking a reliable, experienced Pool Cleaning and Maintenance Professional to provide routine weekly pool service across residential properties throughout Maricopa County. This role is ideal for someone who works efficiently, communicates clearly, and takes pride in consistent, high‑quality maintenance.

• Perform routine weekly pool maintenance on a route of approximately 4–8 properties per day, including:
  • Skimming, brushing, and vacuuming
  • Emptying baskets and checking filters
• Test and balance pool chemicals and accurately document readings and actions taken
• Perform minor equipment repairs, including o‑rings, baskets, small leaks, timers, and simple equipment swaps
• Identify and report larger repairs or system issues to management for outsourced vendor coordination
• Enter properties unaccompanied and follow established protocols regarding pets, gates, safety, and liability
• Communicate professionally with Tenants when present
• Keep internal team members updated through App Folio with notes, photos, and completion updates
• Maintain accurate logs of chemicals used and materials needed
• Ensure timely completion of all scheduled weekly service stops
• Represent Desert Dimensions Properties professionally at all times

• Previous pool cleaning experience required
• Route‑based maintenance experience preferred
• Ability to recognize basic repair needs and perform small fixes independently
• Reliable personal vehicle capable of transporting pool equipment
• Strong time management and communication skills
• Comfortable working outdoors year‑round, including during Arizona summer conditions
• Ability to work independently and manage a variable daily workload
• Strong documentation skills, including photo logs, notes, and updates through App Folio
• Three or more years of experience preferred
• Background check
• Motor vehicle record check
• Drug screening

• Frequent walking, bending, and carrying pool equipment
• Ability to lift and empty skimmer and pump baskets
• Regular exposure to outdoor heat and sun
• Ability to safely open and close gates and navigate uneven yard terrain
• Part‑time, W‑2 position
• Flexible daytime routes, Monday through Friday
• Compensation based on experience, with mileage reimbursement provided per company policy
