Outdoor/Nature/Animal Care
Animal / Pet Care, Veterinary
Pet Well Clinic Phoenix offers a sustainable way to practice small-animal medicine. Our clinics open at 11:00 a.m., so your mornings are your own. There are no surgeries, overnight shifts, or emergency call. When your shift ends, the work stays at the clinic.
You will provide preventive and wellness care, diagnose and treat minor illnesses, and help manage chronic conditions for dogs and cats. Patients needing surgery, hospitalization, or emergency care are referred to an appropriate hospital.
Help more pets receive careMany owners struggle to find timely care when appointments are limited or cost is a barrier. Our walk-in model helps more pets receive accessible and affordable care. You can spend your day examining patients, solving medical problems, and helping clients make sound decisions for their pets. If helping animals brought you to veterinary medicine, this role gives you more opportunities to do it.
Asustainable role for experienced veterinarians
If you have spent years being the one person everyone turns to and are burned out, Pet Well Clinic is a focused way to continue practicing. You do not need to be the surgeon, emergency doctor, hospitalist, and practice manager all Pet Well Clinic , your experience remains central while a defined scope lets you concentrate on the medicine you enjoy.
Localownership and clinical autonomy
Pet Well Clinic Phoenix is locally owned and operated for the long term. We are not owned by a corporate veterinary group or private-equity firm. Clinical decisions stay with the veterinarian and the client, not a distant ownership group.
