Quality Manager

.

This role is essential to ensuring precision, consistency, and excellence across complex projects. The QA/QC Manager will oversee inspection programs, enforce standards, and lead quality assurance processes that keep every system clean, compliant, and built to last.

• Lead and manage QA/QC programs in alignment with corporate and client standards
• Oversee inspection and testing of high-purity piping systems, welds, and installations
• Identify and communicate deviations for client review and approval
• Develop and maintain QA/QC documentation, including ITPs, NCRs, and tracking reports
• Uphold semiconductor cleanroom and high-purity quality standards, ensuring full material traceability
• Manage Copy Exact (CE) compliance across projects
• Implement and monitor FOD (Foreign Object Debris) prevention programs
• Conduct internal audits and support external customer or ISO 9001 audits
• Collaborate with design, engineering, and project teams to resolve issues proactively
• Train and mentor QA/QC inspectors, ensuring consistent practices
• Track quality performance metrics and drive continuous improvement

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field (or equivalent experience)
• 5+ years of QA/QC experience in semiconductor or high-purity construction
• Strong understanding of semiconductor quality systems, cleanroom standards, and contamination control
• Knowledge of FOD control and Copy Exact protocols
• Experience managing QA/QC programs, audits, and documentation
• Excellent leadership, communication, and analytical skills
• Certifications such as ASQ CQA, AWS-CWI, or ISO 9001 Lead Auditor preferred
