Hot Foot Recruiters is excited to partner with a construction and engineering services company to fill the position of Bilingual Foreman (QA/QC). This role will support on-site quality control and field operations, working closely with project managers, engineers, and field crews to ensure construction work meets quality standards, safety requirements, and project specifications.
- Title: Bilingual Foreman (QA/QC)
- Type: Full-Time | Direct Hire
- Location: On-site – Arizona
- Start Date: February–March (flexible)
- Pay Range: Depends on experience
- Oversee daily field activities with a focus on quality control and workmanship standards.
- Conduct on-site QA/QC inspections to ensure work complies with project drawings, specifications, and client requirements.
- Coordinate with project managers and engineers to address quality issues and implement corrective actions.
- Serve as a bilingual point of contact between field crews, subcontractors, and management.
- Review construction work progress and document inspections, issues, and resolutions.
- Ensure materials, installations, and workmanship meet approved standards before handoff.
- Support site safety compliance and reinforce proper work practices on site.
- Assist with preparing QA/QC reports, checklists, and documentation.
- Participate in site meetings and coordinate quality-related updates.
- Support schedule adherence by identifying potential quality or rework risks early.
- Bilingual in English and Mandarin Chinese (required).
- Previous experience as a foreman, QA/QC inspector, or field supervisor in construction or engineering projects.
- Strong understanding of construction quality standards, drawings, and specifications.
- Ability to communicate clearly with both field personnel and management.
- Detail-oriented with strong documentation and follow-up skills.
- Comfortable working on-site in active construction environments.
- Availability to start around February or March.
