An Electrical Superintendent is a critical member of the project execution team, responsible for ensuring the highest quality and safety standards throughout our electrical projects.
Job DescriptionAs an Electrical QA/QC Technician at Loenbro Mission Critical, you will conduct inspections, tests, and quality control measures to maintain our reputation for excellence.
Responsibilities- Develop and maintain a robust quality assurance and quality control (QA/QC) program for electrical projects, including the review of project plans and specifications.
- Conduct thorough inspections of electrical installations, equipment, and materials to verify compliance with industry standards, codes, and project requirements.
- Perform electrical testing, measurements, and functional checks to ensure the integrity, safety, and reliability of electrical systems.
- Maintain detailed records of inspections, test results, and any non‑conformance issues. Prepare and submit comprehensive reports to project managers and clients.
- Ensure that all electrical work complies with local, state, and national electrical codes and regulations.
- Collaborate with project teams to identify and resolve quality‑related issues in a timely manner.
- Provide guidance and support to project personnel regarding quality and safety standards, fostering a culture of quality excellence.
- 1‑3 years of experience in quality assurance/quality control roles within the electrical industry is highly desirable.
- Degree in Electrical Engineering, Quality Control, or a related field (Preferred).
- Strong knowledge of electrical codes, industry standards, and regulations.
- Exceptional attention to detail and strong analytical skills.
- Effective communication and documentation skills.
- Proficiency in the use of testing equipment and tools.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- Commitment to safety, quality, and continuous improvement.
- OSHA
10 or higher and other safety certifications are highly preferred.
