Data Center Quality Inspector

As a Data Center Quality Inspector I, you provide quality control services for electrical equipment and systems, including inspections of switch gear and substations. Knowledge of mechanical and instrumentation aspects, as well as electrical drawings and specifications, is essential. You will ensure compliance with safety standards, prepare detailed reports, and submit necessary documentation like Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) requests. The role requires attention to detail, safety consciousness, and effective communication.

Travel may be required.

• Read and interpret electrical drawings and specifications; prepare work reports and inspection documentation.
• Perform inspections of electrical components such as switch gear, generators, and relays.
• Manage LOTO requests, review and approve reports, and track time.

• High school diploma or equivalent; higher education preferred.
• At least two years of experience inspecting, testing, or operating electrical distribution systems; experience in commercial or naval nuclear settings is a plus.
• OSHA 10-hour Construction Safety training.
