Seeking a Senor QA Tester with 8+ years of experience to support a benefits administration platform.
Responsibilities
- Create and execute test plans, test cases, and test scenarios from business requirements.
- Perform functional, regression, integration, and end-to-end testing.
- Validate eligibility rules, claims workflows, benefit calculations, and payments.
- Prepare test data, validate backend data using SQL, and document results.
- Track defects, verify fixes, and support user acceptance testing (UAT).
Qualifications
- 8+ years of manual software testing experience.
- Hands-on experience using Katalon Studio to develop, execute, and maintain automated tests.
- Strong test case design, defect management, and SQL skills.
- Experience with Jira, Azure Dev Ops, or similar tools.
- Strong analytical and communication skills; experience in Agile/Scrum teams.
- Experience testing benefits, insurance claims, or government systems preferred.
