Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated Equipment Validation professional with 0-2 years of experience in the pharmaceutical or life sciences industry. The candidate will support validation activities to ensure that manufacturing and laboratory equipment operate consistently within predefined specifications and comply with regulatory standards like GMP.
Equipment validation ensures that equipment performs reliably and meets quality standards critical for product safety and compliance.
Key Responsibilities- Operational Qualification (OQ)
- Performance Qualification (PQ)
- Prepare and review validation documents:
Validation protocols, Reports and SOPs, Traceability matrices - Perform risk assessments and identify critical process parameters
- Ensure compliance with: GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices), Regulatory guidelines (FDA, EMA, ISO), Calibration, Preventive maintenance, Re-validation activities
- Participate in deviation handling, CAPA, and change control processes
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams (QA, QC, Production, Engineering)
- Maintain proper documentation for audits and inspections
- Pharmacy / Life Sciences / Biotechnology / Chemical Engineering
